Post subject: | Under-seat drain clogged - Help |
As the title says both of my under-seat drains on our 2016 TI are clogged with debris. Cleverly, the ball that seals the drain appears to be connected to the fitting on the hull. How can I clear these out? I tried unscrewing the fitting on the bottom, but there's not enough slack in the small line to move it out of the way enough to clear the stuff out. TIA |

Try a waterhose from the hull and spray the durt up? Never had that problem but that is what i would try Debris comes in from the top so it must be possible to exit from the top Good luck Peter |

Thanks for the reply. I would try what you suggest, however because the "stopper ball" is directly connected to the fitting on the bottom of the hull, I can't pull the bottom fitting out of the way to be able to rinse it out. If I could move it out of the way,, I could dig the debris out from the bottom. |
