I recently moves from CA to Guam, when my new to me PA 14 arrived it was clear the moving company never wrapped it, and was stored fully exposed to the elements.

Despite all the damage my kayak sustained, I noticed the foam inserts had shifted.
I'm trying to put everything back the way it's intended but I'm really not sure how or where they should be placed.
Can anyone provide a diagram or pictures with some explanation please.

Thanks in advance.

2016 PA 14 papaya
New to me , has some signs of wear.

Do you have the dimensions of each block for each position? I think I'm missing some and I'm trying to figure out which goes where. Thanks.

Why can't Hobie find a way to secure those foam blocks so they DON'T move?? Maybe as simple as velco on hull and blocks?? When we pay thousands of dollars for a kayak, we shouldn't have loose blocks wandering around in the hull!!

Frankly, I'm glad they are removable. I am trying to do some mods that require attachment to deck and toe rail. Those foam blocks are in the way. i can't see large portions of the underdeck. I am taking some out to do my attachments, but I would like to attach some things to the toe rail and it is stuffed with foam I need to see where all the hardware from hobie is situated so I don't interfere. A diagram of all factory/dealer installed hardware showing it's location would help. Hobie?
