Howdy folks! I'll start by saying Thank You for sharing all of your insight and experience on this forum. I've been following as a guest since August 09 after ordering a PA for myself. I was fortunate to have been given a loaner to use from August thru November and just took ownership of mine early February 2010. Now, being a Michigan resident, I'm anxiously awaiting open water! I'm not normally one to wish time away but it's tough to see my PA sitting in my basement. In the meantime, I'm gearing up for a solo trip along the North Shore of Lake Superior later this summer and much of your input has answered many questions. I'll get plenty of use out of the PA prior to the voyage. I'm currently looking into answers to the previously posted "Pro Angler Hatch Leak" and am waiting for samples of closed cell foam with which to line the inside of the front hatch. I'll keep you all informed with my progress.
Thanks again!

Awesome to have you on the forum!

We've had spring like weather here in Northern VA all week, but I have not had time to put the PA in the water. It has been killing me. Now that the weekend here it is supposed to turn rainy and cold. Figures!! My brother and I bought our PAs at the same time and are deciding where to go on our first real outing. We'll probably be on the Occoquan Reservoir or River. I'm hoping to hit the Chickahominy Reservoir outside Richmond, VA for a weekend trip later this spring. I'm stoked!

Thanks for the welcome Matt and TDK, much appreciated!
Hey TDK, it sounds like you have a couple of nice outings already planned, especially the Chickahominy weekend. I'm excited for you and look forward to the possibility of seeing some photos of the tandem PA's. I'll wish for good weather for your weekend!
Until next time,
