Has anyone on here installed a outboard on their pa? There are a couple of videos of a pa with an outboard towing a kayak. I tried emailing the guy about his set up, but he never replied.

I looked into long shaft motors and stuff. Don't think that's the route I want to take. What about a Minkota V2 bow mounted (local guy here already has a pull cord system to deploy and retract the thing). I was thinking of wiring a bunch of A123 batteries together in the 8" bucket and getting 12 volts with twice the amp hours at 1/4 the weight. Allot of ideas. But is it a kayak, or a bass boat?

Twinny, send me a PM. I live in Houston and have been experimenting with some setup. Maybe we can exchange some ideas.
