I have the same issue - rudder won't turn as far left as right due to steering knob hitting left side grab rail.

Can you let me know how you fixed it?

I'll see if I still have the pics and emails and send them again. The dealer pulled the steering knob off, took out the tackle organizer to gain access to the control rod, take off the lines, pull out the control rod, cut the metal post that travels within a groove that acts as a stop, then resemble. Steering problem solved.

Let the dealer do so you don't lose your warranty.

Sounds like you may have a PA14?

The steering knob set up on my PA12 is different. You may need a different remedy.
