I have the Hobie scupper cart with the heavy duty wheels for my PA 14. Im finding that moving on sand is somewhat difficult. I'm wondering if I were to buy the Trax 2 wheels (only) will they fit on the cart I already have? Not sure if I would need longer axles or not though there are two holes on the axle ends that the cotter pins can be put in. Any advice would be appreciated.

Trax wheels require a wider axle, so no... You would need the correct frame to use Trax wheels.
