Is there any chance of getting some scrap Papaya plastic to use for welding? I would love to get cut outs from the hatch hole or whatever else Hobie normally just throws away. Of course, sometimes that stuff goes into regrind for reuse in molding. I have some holes to fill and a scar on the bottom that needs filling.

Contact your dealer. They can get the material from the factory. We have cut-outs and welding rod stock. No Charge.

Thanks I will try that. We travel full time so we are all over the place and not in one spot too long so have no specific "dealer".

We have been in the Orlando area for a while now and I finally got a chance to go to my original Dealer, Travel Country in Altamonte Springs. Todd got me a nice cut out to use for hole filling. Great dealer and again thanks for the tip Mark.
