How far forward did you mount your H bar, Did you go all the way to the front handle when collapsed or to the Hatch hinge??
When does it interfere with casting when your seated
I would appreciate any photos of your setups

My bar is mounted so that when you lay the bar flat it splits the differance from the hinge of the cover and the handle. It doesn't interfer with carrying by using the handle or interfer with opening the hatch.

The biggest mounting concern is the finished height. Mount the fixed brackets first, pull the bar up and figure how you want it to contact your body, low or high on the body. Do you also want to be standing further forward or closer to the seat.
