Does any one know if hobie has a large rudder for the pa 14 ?

It's been discussed in a couple of other threads. You can probably find them with the search tool. I know the Hobie reps on the forums have taken a lot of input for it. Nothing yet has been officially released regarding a larger rudder as an option. Some of the folks on the forum have made some larger ones themselves out of aluminum.
