I have a tandem trailer with two PA 14s on it. When I go fishing by myself I need to take one off and leave it at home for the day. I store them on the trailer in one of my garage bays.

Would it be safe to suspend the PA above the trailer via ropes/pulleys from the ceiling using the front and rear bar handles? It would typically hang there for a day at the most. It appears that the handles are quite sturdy and these would be static loads on them of course.

No. The materials will slowly distort under constant load.

Best to create wide straps, cradles or crossbars under the hull and lift from those points.
