PA Boa rudder upgrade

Can older Pro Anglers have the rudder system upgraded with the new Boa tensioner? Part number/Price/instructions?

I was wondering this same thing, so I called Hobie and spoke to a person in there parts department. I think all total the parts cost around $30. It's the how to that is a bit tricky. I gave the part numbers to my local Hobie dealer and ultimately decided to wait until Hobie releases a kit with instructions and a how to video.

I misplaced the list so I contacted Hobie again and spoke with Nora and she is going to email me a list with all the pricing. It's not an easy upgrade from the sounds of it but it can be done just like the 2014.

845085 x1 cover plate - $1.15 each
845086 x1 backing ring - $0.40 each
81052 BOA Line x 1ft - $0.35 per foot
8031990 x3 screw #6 x ¾ - $0.05 each
8031065 x1 screw 10-32 x 7/8 - $0.69 each

That was fast. Any idea on the timing of instructions?

May take awhile to complete as a kit. I have been asking for awhile. Just need to get engineers attention. It's a matter of a large number of projects going on. Busy here! And I KNOW... it would sell!
