Sorry you had a bad time of it. Sometimes these things happen and it is unfortunate. My experience has been the opposite. I have had nightmare experiences with Hummingbird, Minn Kota and Lowrance but Torqeedo has always gone above and beyond for me. I reached out to them for you and I was told that Daniel responded and sent one to you this morning before I contacted them. Did someone reach out to you? |
