Yes it does, but it's embossed on a metalized stick on label, with Hobie's logo and patent info.
The Mirage Drive serial number is independent from your hull number.
The label is easy to peel off so unfortunately, you are SOL

Hi all, I just had my Mirage drive stolen from my storage locker and I'm wondering if it has a serial number? If it does is it the same as the boat? I'm packing to move and haven't found my documentation yet Thanks Brian |

I made sure the HID number and mirage drive serial numbers were recorded on the sales reciept. Make sure you get the certificate of origin document when you buy the boat. Without it you can’t register or title the boat. Never buy a used boat without that document. |
