I just purchased a 2017 PA14 used with most every option including Hobie livewell w 4 custom rod holders, 12 ft push/anchor pole. anchor trolley, standing platform support, rear lighting option, Lowrance 7 , sand cart w grey wheels, fish bag, trolling motor, etc. I also received 2 small Hobie x frame rest supports to put the front and back of Kayak on. The owner kept the mirage 180 drive and trolling motor in front compartment without the white insert. I don't have an inside storage option currently so I was looking for advice on keeping all the weight in the yak while it is being stored.

PS I do have the x supports which support the boat w straps on blocks so the wheels which are still in, are not touching the ground. I have them positioned 2 ft from the front and back of the boat.

Is this to much weight for the PA14 while being stored or can it handle this setup. Any suggestions on better ways to store it in the yard on supports is welcome.

Ron from Pensacola FL.
