Just bought a 2019 Pro Angler 12, very first fishing kayak I've owned. I hope the experience is everything I've read about for fishing. The type of fishing I mainly will do is for Kokanee. I'm considering options for keeping my catch alive while on the water. Would the Hobie Livewell options work for this, particularly the XL? Most people use for bait but was wondering if keeping Kokanee alive would also work. Thanks!

The Livewell XL would be your best bet, and you could even run it with a 12V battery for increased flow if you feel it's necessary.

Do you really need one for Kokes? I've never seen one used for them before. It's always just an ice chest or kill bag with a little ice.

Do I need it? Probably not. I was just thinking of scenarios where I catch early in the morning, fish for some hours and then possibly drive home for a couple hours.
