2019 PA14... I'm installing the H-Bar and the rear supports don't quite line up so some force is required to install them each time. Now, I assume that is normal. The question I have is about the bungie with the loop and hook. What is it's purpose? It's about 2 ft long. That's all. Thanks for reading.

If it's what I am thinking, it's used to hold your Mirage Drive fins "flat against the bottom of the hull".
The hook end is hooked onto the pedal arm and pulls/keeps it backwards as far as it will go.

No. The hook is barely large enough to go over it's own bungie. It isn't big like the mirage pedal hook. It has a woven eye of bungie on one side and as it came in the H-Bar kit, I'm pretty sure it goes with that. It just wasn't mentioned in the instructions at all.

Thanks for answering the post despite me not being clear there! :D

Go to 6:15 minute point on this video to see it's purpose. Tie down while transporting:
