I am looking for the best place to mount a zig-zag cleat on my PA12 to secure my anchor trolley. Where have people been putting them? |

I've never installed a cleat for my anchor trolley. Never needed one. It is tricky tho since the rudder cables do run along the top/side of the hull for roughly 2/3 of the length of the kayak. Anytime I'm going to drill into my PA14 I put my cell phone on video mode and put it in the hatch or near the area where I need to drill and video to make sure nothing is in the way. |
