After two trips on the water, my mirage drive started squeaking loudly when I depress the left pedal.

I have adjusted the idler cable and the global (despite my dealer saying it wasn't necessary because they come from the factory ready to go). This has not solved the problem.

My dealer has never encountered this problem before. He said a warranty would take up to 4 months for a replacement drive. I am shocked that I got less than 20 hours of use before it was unusable because of how loud and obnoxious this sound is.

Is this a Pro Angler problem, a 360 problem, or a Hobie problem?

Tech says to lubricate the cables where they run along the drum. The designer recommends grease there. Should solve the issue.

For other 360 issues, there are a lot of support videos available:

I only see where the rubber gasket runs along the drum. I don't see any cables running along the drum. I'm not sure where the grease is supposed to go.

A video or diagram on how to do this required maintenance would be really helpful.

Have you checked the bolt that holds the crank arm in place?

I believe it is the idler cables that go around the pulley. They fit into recesses in the drums, on top. That is where the squeak comes from I am told.
