PA 12 Serial Lookup Previous Owner

Hi. I was wondering if there is a way to tell if a kayak has been previously registered and to whom. I came across a pretty good deal on one , some might say too good but that is debatable. I figured I would check here to see if the registration matches the previous owner. Thanks.

Hobie only has the transfer to dealer documents (MSO).

Gotcha. So there is no way to look up who the previous owner was on your end.

We could see only who the dealer it was sold to.
