Hello all, over the years my skeg line grommet broke out of its' hole and has been sawing through my boat!! Not good!! Question: What to do? Can I drill another hole, maybe in that corner area, and replace the white and black grommets? The old grommets are still on the skeg line inside the boat but are not usable. Or just use some KB weld, cover the damage and not use the skeg anymore? I fish exclusively inshore and I don't know that a skeg is even that important to me. I would love to hear all ideas!! Any Hobie techs out there? Why can't I attach pics to this damn thing???? It appears Hobie uses 2012 technology even in its' forum!!! I don't want to place the pics on a third party site!!
