Besides the events listed on the HCANA, here are two other schedule lists: EMSA (Eastern Multihull Sailing Association) and Catsailor Eastern Area. If there are more of significance, post away! This coming weekend is Spring Fever. General non-vet information: There is not a whole lot of Hobie fleet activity in Div 9 right now. There are lots of racing events. There are lots of cat sailors in the area, of varying brand boats. Div 9 covers a geographic area that could possibly be divided into six zones or more: Western Tennessee, Western NC, Central NC, Coastal NC, Inland SC, Coastal SC, Northern Georgia, etc, etc. All with many good sailing venues. Some veteran area sailors communicate through [email protected]. Classes in area sailing clubs are mostly monohull. |
