I am a 64 yr old man that has had multiple back surgeries and have reached out to Hobie about possibly helping me in a big way with financing of a passport kayak. I love to fish and currently I have a sit in kayak that is just too uncomfortable to fish in let alone getting in and out. I am not looking for a hand out just a very low monthly payment plan. I have been dreaming of owing a hobie kayak and making YouTube videos on fishing and showing how you can still enjoy it at an older age and with somewhat of a disability. I will be retiring from my job of 40 yrs in a year and a half and want to get started on making this a reality. So far, I have gotten no where. Consider my request and as always I respect all conclusions.

Hobie does not get directly involved in the sale of products to consumers. Dealers can offer financing and sometimes do promotional offers. They also handle all fishing team members where members may get discounted or loaner boats for promoting Hobie products in their area. So, a dealer would be your contact.

Can you recommend or talk to dealer as I have already and I am not a hobie fisherman as I have tried that route as well. I am in Michigan area and would love some guidance or help as dealers don’t really want to help anyone
