It's always summer in Hobie Land! Brand new to Hobie Forum. Life long sailor. I am currently an employee at the VA Medical Center at Bay Pines, Fl. We are 120 acres on the water just screaming for a program for our Vets. I have not approached our director as of yet as I want to have a good solid plan to present first. A good sailing/kayaking program would be ideal here. This is one of the largest VA Hospitals in the nation and it is a perfect location for not only our guys here but for guests from all over the country to come here and experience our waters. Do a Google Earth search on Bay Pines, FL and just look at this location. (Bay Pines VA Medical Center) I need a good plan to present and I am sure there is plenty of help available through this forum. "Let's go, we're burning daylight!" |
