Hi all,
I just had my first ride on my new Tiger 2002,it was amazing fun, great boat!
The previous owner removed the battens from the jib otherwise he could not furl the jib.
The jib was often slapping, we tryed to release and tighten the sheet and move the traveler to the center and outside but the jib went on slapping.
Here a video

Any suggestion how to prevent jib slapping?

Another issue was the mainsail traveler that was hard to meve, i lost few balls when assembling the boat, is there any way to open the traveler and replace the missing balls?

Here a gallery of the traveler

Thank you very mych!

The slapping looks like a blown out jib, which means it needs replacement if you want the slapping to stop.

The "slapping" is probably due to the battens being removed. I've heard of cases where new batten pockets were sewn in at an angle (so they could be furled), but have no direct experience.

Many cars can be rebuilt with new balls, etc. You'd need to determine the manufacturer/model number and do a search for the rebuild kit/instructions.
