Ok guys, I love seeing pictures of everyone's boats but I know quite a few of us have videos. Go ahead and post up youtube videos for us to watch!

Here's my contribution. We're newbies so bear with our sloppy sailing performance.

Video was taken with my new GoPro Hero 2 with suction cup mount. 1080p is available.

Already thought of that ahead of time. Don't want to see the $300 camera go in the drink.

Short answer: I don't.

Long answer: I'm in school most of the time when I'm at home so I don't sail much in Indiana. I've sailed a few times at Eagle Creek Reservoir in Indy. There are some good lakes further south though.

That would have been my guess. Shafer and Freeman to the north, Monroe further south. I grew up in WL. Learned to sail on Lake Webster(near Ft Wayne).

This was my old boat, Green Lightning. I will be adding some of my new boat this years as soon as I get my GoBandit.

Here is some short clips of what I have for now. I need to find a faster internet connection so I don't have to compress the video so much to upload in a reasonable amount of time...

But here it is.. just a couple fun takes..

I should have some better angles coming this weekend.. I have couple great ideas for building a mounting system which should get some interesting angles I have not seen yet.. Like from behind the boat.. and some other top secret stuff.. Also I have a pretty simple design to build a mount which will allow the camera to stay level to better capture the boat heeling... I just need to get out to the workshop and get er dun...

The weather this weekend should provide some interesting footage..

Nicely done, Flaco. It's good to see what is unquestionably the best model Hobie ever built getting some well-deserved screenplay. :P
