Very new to Hobie cats. Looking to buy this Hobie 16 that they they are asking 1400 with trailer. I know the big thing are the sails and soft spots. Looking at these photos anything stick out a a deal breaker? https://offerup.co/Te4lLpgUv6

Looks like a late ‘70’s / early ‘80’s model in typical condition for it’s age. Hard to tell much more from the pictures. $1,400 seems a reasonable asking price, if not a little high. Like you said, soft spots and condition of the sails are most important. Also corrosion or damage to the aluminum parts and any missing parts in general. None of that stuff can be seen in the pics, so hard to tell for sure.
