Anyone know where I can rent a Hobie 16 in the Fort Walton Beach/Destin area - mid July 2012? I find plenty of "getaways", etc. but looking for a Hobie 16/18. When I was a teen there was Tucker's Hobie Dealership in FWB, so Hobie's were everywhere for sale and rental - can't find them there anymore! Thanks! SCR <>< |

Sorry, but I think those days are gone unless you know an individual to rent a fiberglass boat from. For a plastic one, try Sunjammers in Panama City, Key Sailing in Pensacola Beach, or Juana's Pagodas in Navarre Beach. |

you go to their website they show the rental rates for the Wave, H16, Getaway, Think they have rates for one of the 20' Nacra's |

They had plenty of boats cut-up on the beach. So they probably had some 16's and at least an 18 until recently. |
