OK, I posted in WAVE section but no replies.

I am locating to the Jacksonville/St. Augustine/Amelia Island area, north Florida.

Who knows good places to launch?

Thanks!

I am confronted with the same issue and have done a little footwork on this. My first choice would be Vilano Beach near St. Augustine.
Another option would be to join the Rudder Club located just off the Buckman Bridge. This is a yacht club so we are talking major bucks. I have been told that you can store it on the grass, rigged, which makes this an attractive option.
Good Luck,
