not much at all. I own a 1979 Trailex trailer that I had converted from hauling my 1979 H16 to my 1988 H18. 2 years ago I bought their rear mast stand and a bunch of T bolts. they also have a 'cut-off' T bolt that can slip into the slots mid-stream. very convenient.

I believe Trailex has a parts price list on their webiste. At any rate they are not pricey items.
