Forum Members, I grew up on Belvedere Island, California (San Francisco Bay) for 18 years, and sailed various small and large sailboats or windsurfed there 100's of times. I am now 50, and my family (wife, myself, and twin 12 year olds) just came back from two weeks in Cancun where the hotel had a Hobie Getaway 16 footer that we were able to sail every day for two weeks. I never had the chance to sail a Hobie cat growing up, so this was a real treat in heavy winds in Cancun! Coming back here to SF Bay, I would now like to contact a hobie 16 or hobie 18 owner to see if there is some way we could rent one for a couple hours or partner up with someone who sails here regularly to sail in the bay. Does anyone know how to contact San Francisco Bay Area hobie owners by phone or email? |

Try your local dealer, I think John in Santa Rosa... ...use the hobie dealer finder or contact the local fleet. |
