That is a picture of Hobie's new QuadFoiler due out in Jan 2008, I have seen it sailing in Oceanside Harbor. This version, the hard wing is a little difficult to rig and transport, but the soft version with carbon foil mast and hull with fully glassed crossbars is really easy to sail. You do need to tilt it while trailoring, but the light carbon makes this easy to do. Colored sails, hulls, and foils are optional.

This is being built in the new Tecate Mexico facility. (gets past EPA problems and Autoclave construction permitting.

Sure....
this is a C-class cat, this is what everyone hopes will finally put up a fight against the old champ.

A nice Trifoiler with trailer recently listed on Ebay didn't sell- NO BIDS- they were only asking $7800. Here is the Canadian Ebay listing with pics (I couldn't find the US listing)

Looks like fun. The stadium in the back ground is called Rogers Centre. Notice the spelling of the 'centre' is the British/Canadian way. That stadium looks like the Rogers Centre in Toronto Canada. If this information helps anyone place the boat.

I was down at the island (toronto) for the air show this weekend, I got excited when I spotted the twin blue sailes of a tri-foiler, sadly there wasn't enough windf to get it out of the water. Out of the corner of my eye a tall thin sail blasted by, literally passing power boats!!! Does anyone have any info on this boat? I would love to get a closer look. Cheers
