Well, I've been busy with my paint brush and easel - guess it's not allowed in a photo comp but couldn't resist. :P
See my previous post
Maybe we need an annual art award  :P

My Christmas present from my daughter was a father/daughter fishing trip on the AI in Christmas Bay here in Texas. This pic was taken on that trip back in December. No fish were caught, but the weather was perfect and so was the company. If you look close you can see that she if fishing from the tramps on the AI. This was our first use of the tramps. She enjoys riding on the tramps now to riding in the tank well. Father's Day is coming up next month and hopefully I will get the same present. Too bad we do not have a bay in Texas called Father's Day Bay.

El Ritmo - I remember when presents were like that. Magic times.

Thanks it’s a little lake about ¼ mile from my house. I can be under sail a half hour after work.

That's cheating, using a cute kid! :D

I can feel that rudder pin slipping from my hands, while looking through all these fine shots...

What you call cheating, I call "creative sportsmanship"

When there are high stakes involved, sportsmanship goes out the window.

I was thinking about using my daughter for a shot. She's now 22 and long blonde hair, you get the picture. A swimsuit shot would certainly put me in the finals but having all you blokes leering over my little girl ...............ain't gunna happen.

Calm before the storm.

Storm approaching from the west, sun setting, moderate winds and sailing. Awesome!

We Love the tandem, we had the kids out for a 6 hour sail. They loved it even took naps on the tramps.
