We qre going from the end pole snuffer to the mid pole system. I would like to stay away from splicing back the end of the pole I cut off when we installed the end pole snuffer to avoid the weight and general mental dislike for a slice pole.

Is a fiberglass pole allowed in the Tiger Class? No Carbon here, just basic fiberglass. I have an old pole I could get to work in this arrangment.

Thanks for the feedback,

Karl

Hi KW--I just came across a site that defines the pole issue.

http://www.geocities.com/hobietigerpages/snuffers.htm

Good luck, HJR
