Hi!

I have a Hobie kayak mirage with a dime-sized hole in its bottom where the pedal piece drops into it.

Does anyone know who might be able to repair this?

Thank you

You need to go check with your local dealer. It may be a situation where the warranty will solve all of your problems. If you choose to not go that route, which is by far the best long term solution, here are a couple of ideas. First of all polyethylene repair kits all need a stash of G-flex from west systems. It is an epoxy like product that is designed with kayaks in mind. Try west marine, that is where we get ours. You also may try plastic welding with some "like plastic". You can do that with a heat gun and a putty knife. I would be more than happy to help you if you make it down to florida, but check the hobie cat dealer finder on hobie's web page for some one more convenient.
