Just finished a week of sailing in the Gulf. I have a 2009 Club and noticed the bow eye-strap screws had loosened and so had the port side tiller connector (threaded) pin. Also the rotating 'elbows' on both rudders and both ends of the tiller are extremely stiff and difficult to rotate. I've tried to lube the rotating ends with McLube dry lube, but they're still quite stiff.

1. Will Loctite work on the bow eye screws? other suggestions?
2. Will Loctite work on the tiller connector pin ?
3. Lubrication suggestions for the rotating tiller ends ?

thanx,
bill

Loc Tite is recommended (Blue) for the bow eye screws and will work on the tiller pin. EZ Loc rudders? These are always a bit stiff between the rudder blade and housing due to the up / down cam function. Make sure the bolts through the tiller arm and the rudder are not too tight.
