Hey guys and gals,
Just joined the board and wanted to say hello! Nice to see so many Hobie owners in one spot. Hope to get the chance to fish with you someday!

Well, that just makes it look too easy. I mean, if a girl can do it...

Seriously, nice video. Have fun.

You have destroyed my self esteem by installing the mirage drive with one hand on the first try from the dock.... :D

Welcome aboard you will find a wealth of information here...

I'm pretty new myself but just now getting active in the Forum. I've been spending a lot of time learning the ins and outs of kayak fishing and now I can't wait to start learning from other Hobie users!

Hey Ashley, I went and checked out your site its really nice. I have a pro angler and fish out of it about once a week. In the summer I always fish at night as it is so hot here in Arizona. Im so glad your friend got you into fishing as it is a great way to enjoy nature and the outdoors. I have a couple of friends in California who invited me to fish off Dana Point in La Jolla. They catch bass and tuna and I will definitely be taking them up on that this spring. Be safe and have fun! g man

Thanks G Man! Catching a tuna out of a Hobie would be incredible! Hope you get the chance to do that. Let me know how it goes :)

You aren't kidding. Installing the drive while being out of the kayak is totally different.
Great job and video.
