He has a TI kit. I bought one, works great, very easy to install - 5-10 minutes or so for the basic install. Good stuff!

The black looks great on red boats too! But if you can find another color of shadecloth you like better and get to me 5' (by 6' wide) Dee will make yours out of it instead of black, (even Green). 8)

Here are the 3 mount points for the Sprayskirt kit on an AI.

On the TI it's even easier, instead of using the pocket screws, the rear of the sprayskirt mounts over the front pocket eyelet posts.

A message from Dee my wife the Sprayskirt maker...

I wanted to let you know that I'll be heading out on a promotion tour for my quilting book in mid-Sept. and won't be back in town to sew until late Oct. I recommend you place any orders now, so I can get them finished before I jet away. Not sure if I'll have time or access to the materials I'd need to make you your sprayskirts while I'm at a hotel!

Happy Sailing,

Dee Conlon

I've been looking for that gray webbing tube fabric. What is that called anyway?

The wrinkly looking gray webbing nylon tube in that photo. Looks like elastic or may have a bungee cord inside. What is that called and where can you get it?

Looks like your paddle or safety leash, Bob.

I'm trying to find that to make safety leashes with it, but I can't find it anywhere. I've got everything I need except for that material.

Tubular webbing. It's actually my heavy duty paddle leash, was black. Should be the same as the Hobie Heavy Duty Paddle Leash. Here's one supplier of the raw material: http://tubularnylonwebbing.com/
