Monday I went out on the Columbia with an experienced yakfisher. We spent a few hours casting tubes and trolling plugs for smallies with no luck. In the afternoon when the tide was right we switched to anchoring out for Salmon back bouncing wobblers.

Landed a very nice 33" Native Coho.

The TI is so perfect for this kind of fishing, it's so stabile I set a beach chair on the trampoline next to my rod holder and fish finder. It's just such a versatile and wonderfully fun craft, thanks Hobie!!

It's a 6-12' paint extension. That shot I was holding the pole.

I use the roller rod to mount into 1/2" PVC risers on the amas. The gopro handlebar mount is attached to the paint roller handle. I can upload photos if you're interested.
