Hi, I took my new TI out for the 2nd time Saturday (6-18-2011). After removing it from the trailer, extending the amas, and unrolling the trampolines. I noticed that the tensioning strap closest to the ama, on rear starboard side was missing. On further inspection I noticed there is a long gray plastic rod that extends the width of trampoline in rear. This rod had slipped out enough, to allow the tension strap to come loose.

Are replacement tensioning straps available at my dealer?
Thanks

I just broke a plastic snap buckle on my TI tramp Friday. Is that $12.79 price tag for one single plastic snap thingie?? Or is the whole set of 5. Can anyone clarify this.

That price for two small pieces of molded plastic seems a bit much....

Local hardware stores carry this for a lot less and you have them immediately.

Thanks, J. I'd like to look into that. Do you know that they are pretty much the same strength? or literally the same thing? OK I'm seeing "plastic side snap buckles" on the web. Maybe that's them....

Ace Hardware had plastic snaps for 99 cents each and 50 cents a foot for the strap.
