I need to know what part to buy. I have 2 panfish mounts. One is the short one, and the other is the long pole mount. Both are made to mount to the gear track. What I am looking for is a way to mount the panfish to the "sail hole" in the front of the cockpit area. Not sure what the hole is called. It has a rubber cap on it and the pics in the catalogue show the sail here.

I don't want to change the way the pole mounts, I just want to add a mount to that hole that is the same as the geartrack slot.

Any ideas? Thanks
Jeff

It's called "Fishing" for a reason...Otherwise, it would be called "Catching"

Jeff,
You may be able to use a Ram wedge 1.5" part # 72023015 ($14.95)

Its called the "mast" hole. I did just that, mounted a RAM wedge mount in the mast hole then two dog bones then the GoPro mount. Had to use a bungee cord from the front carry handle to the middle of the dog bones because the entire assembly bounced around too much. I also used the 1.5" balls instead of the 1" balls.

Is that a ram part number or a Hobie pat number? Thanks
