Central FL - Banana River storage?

I'm considering river storage. Since I had a boat and LOCKED trailer stolen right out of my condo parking a few years ago, I'm looking for a secure place where I can also easily launch in the river... fenced and security cam would be a plus! Merritt Island to Melbourne area

I asked a similar question a few months ago. Performance Sail is ok. It is usually really packed full of boats so you have to move another boat to get yours out unless yours is in the first row. There are also THOUSANDS of fire ants that ruined my day a few times this summer. I paid $90/month for the 3 months that I was there. It is on the high side but there is a price to pay for convenience.
