I see on the main page the picture of the Outback is not a current model as it has a lever on the right hand side despite the newer pull up pull down rudder deployment and the elastic bungees on the back sit back further .

I keep hearing about this new rectangular hatch option but don't see much on these boards about it. Anyone know when it will be offered and maybe some updated pics of the Outback.

Thank you

You can add the rectangle hatch on the new outback - but it comes standard with a round one still...

Thanks, but i recall Matt Miller saying that the latest Outbacks will have a flat section where the rectangular hatch can be installed but i don't see a flat section on the 2013 Outbacks to my knowledge. Maybe the flat section will be for 2014 who knows.

Thanks for your help

It is there currently - all they did was make some indention in the corners so that you have a reference point as to where it would mount. There isn't a huge change to the deck - and looking at a photo on the net won't show it since we didn't do a new photo shoot for our site - If you look at a boat in person you'll see it - they're there...
Thanks
