This is my fleet of Hobie Mirage kayaks:

brand new ProAngler 12: use this mainly for fishing ocean, Intracoastal waterway, big lakes; also for camping, etc.

2 Sports: like sailing this and also use it for fishing/touring small bodies of water.

blue one is for sale: http://miami.craigslist.org/pbc/boa/3300098300.html

Nice fleet! I'd like just one! Hows the PA12 on the big water?

have not tried the PA12 in the ocean yet but is fantastic in the Intracoastal waterway in S FL. I carry a ton of gear and there's plenty of room for it. it's so comfortable don't ever want to quit fishing. had a PA14 and appreciate the smaller size and greater comfort. have ordered the H-bar and still waiting for the new model with the shorter back braces.

shipping the Sport I have for sale and getting payment too big a hassle. cash and carry is far simpler for me.

Just got the Oasis and traded a Sport hull, which Hobie sent me as a replacement for one with a crack. Even got a free Hobie fishing T :P
