This is my first post on this forum BECAUSE

My Christmas present was a mirage drive Outback. Woo HOO! :D

it is referenced that there is onboard storage for the mirage drive but it never shows it in any of the papers or on line.
Does anyone know where it is?

PEDDLE ON!

The onboard storage is anywhere there is empty space. You can stuff it below deck using the front hatch though, but there is no purposely built area for it. What are the last two letters of the kayaks serial number?

Just be careful---I have a pa12 and capsized after a mother whale kicked me from getting to close to the calf. When I got to the shoreline I went about getting out as much water as I could from the hull to the boat would function properly. What I noticed on my model is the that hull has delicate thin tubing to support it running along the length as well as pieces of foam in big bricks. Im not sure if this is similar tot the ob but after seeing what i have seen in the pa12 I wouldnt be blindly shoving rods etc down into the hull....there is a lot of delicate materials and structures down there!

Thanks everyone, I am not as much of an idiot as that post sounds, close but not quite. :D
Yes I am one of the FCKAers, Ray Malloy, aka BigIrish.
I did nto know about the approval at first, or I would not have posted and then left for 5 days.
I thought I was missing something obvious, pleant of storage, and withthe lock strap teh wings are out of the way. I was reading aobut how to store teh drive by hanging and such and saw that it had onbaord storage but I couldn't ID it right away.
It is a great little boat, I named her The Irish Jig.
Her last 4 hull numbers are I112, I bought her form Georgia Ackerman at Wilderness Way.
We fish the Apalachee Bay, the northern part of the Gulf. We have everythign you want depending on where you launch.
We also have some of the largest F1 strain Bass in Lake Jackson and the surrounding lakes.
We also have steady wind most every day except months that rhyme with Maugust!
Thanks for the welcome.
