I'm about to take delivery of my 2013 Pa12 and want to make a cart for her before she gets here. Can someone please give me the dimension of the scupper holes so I can get the measurements right? Inside diameter, depth of holes and distance between center of each hole. Thanks in advance.

On my 2013 PA14, the center to center is 11" and the scupper diameter is 1". I'm thinking that these dimensions are universal for most Hobie kayaks since they probably don't want to make a cart for each model kayak they build. I'm in the process of building a cart utilizing the large wheeleeze wheels and gray PVC with an ID of about 7/8". I'm using 18" oak dowels of 1" diameter to fit in the scuppers and I'm reducing 9" of the dowel to 7/8" diameter so that it will fit inside the PVC tubes. That should give the strength I need to bear the weight of the PA 14. Planning on using Gorilla glue to lock the PVC and dowels together. I'm also planning to seal the oak dowels so they don't swell if they get wet. I'll check my Hobie Quest 13 to confirm it is also 11" center to center. Hope that helps. Anyone feel free to jump in if I have mispoken.
