Just wanted to take a minute and thank your customer service department for being the best in business....Yes, I meant ALL business, bar none!

After having a minor issue with a fin mast popping out, I called you guys, and soon in the mail came two sprockets, a mast, set screws, and a HELLUVA COOL BALL CAP!!!!
