Hi Hobie,

Is there a view in making hatch liners for the 2012 Hobie Oasis models?

Thanks!
Steve :)

We will not be making a liner for the Oasis. The hatch area and depth were not large enough to make it practical.

You can use this from Walmart but they may be not carrying at this time since it was there in the spring and summer. It should fit though because it conforms to most hatches perfectly and it's under $7.00 bucks.http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e151/ ... bucket.jpg

It's in their garden dept in season and is flexible hard rubber.

Is it actually shaped that way or did you somehow mold it?; strange it fit so nice! Bob

No it's shaped kind of round but it conforms to anything you put it in. I originally only intended it to go into the Outback but others have told me it conforms to the Revo hatch great as well. I see no reason it wouldn't conform to the hatch of the Oasis.

The bottom line is if it fits into the opening it will instantly conform to any hatch shape perfectly.

I found my original post about this and it should answer all your questions . I don't have anything that says model or barcode #'s anymore.

Here's mine. I just bought the rubber bucket from WalMart for $3.92. It was located in the pool toy area. It's really flexible and took about five minutes to make. It fits great in my Outback and would probably fit other Hobie models.[img]ImageImageImageImageImage[/img]

Yeah, that's the one , when i was at Walmart the other day i noticed they actually had two sizes , the regular one and a larger one . The original is the one i have found to work best as the above images show.
