Unless I am really having one of my moments the stop on the beach should be ending point.. Racing in a southish wind.

The start point is in the middle of the lake where the race timer was started (yes I know the app isn't class legal. My daughter was struggling with the stopwatch... SO I started this and put it in the drybox.. It beeps at the minutes.. 30 seconds, and then every second of the last ten.. Then of course tracks the course.)


If anyone is really interested I can post up or email the GPX file.. In the app this file will show boat speed.. compass heading.. ect... and play it back real time.. or.... The goal here is to come up with a method to overlay this on race video taken from the boat... but alas.. I didn't get video of this race... and didn't save the tracks from the others...






I figured ya'll would be beating my up about the way early tack to starboard... I lost the mark and tried to chase an 18... Or the other blown tacks in there... :lol:

Naww,.. they look alot like mine. Nice figure '8" though. Those are hard to do - intentionally. :wink:
