I had to stretch mine to get it over the end of the mast when I came off the water yesterday. Returned here and removed the bag so the sail could dry. Both the mast and the bag spent the night inside.

This morning the bag is again about 4 inches longer than the mast.

I'm not complaining and it's not a big deal and certainly nothing that makes any portion of the system unusable, I just find it odd.
