I got this Hobie 16 Off Craigslist. Its been fun restoring it... Took it for its first test drive this last 4th of July weekend at Lake Havasu... It was great except the winds were light...But at least there was enough to make her move..Wish I had a before picture...The Sails were dirty but in good shape. The hulls were faded bad...but with some work the Hobie is looking better and better..By the way im a Noob, First Hobie ever. This site is Great for people like myself...

Always wanted to come out to Havasu for the IJSBA World Finals (JetSki racing), qualified several times before they changed the rules to where anybody can enter.

Great looking Hobie.

Yes there the original stock sails for the hobie...I just laid them out and cleaned them with soap and water ( dish washing soap and brush ) make sure you spray them off good...It took some elbow grease but they came out pretty good...the olny thing I have to replace on them is the hobie decals...Ohhhh one othe thing...I did have to sow on the sails a small bit...not much though...
